Let’s start with the WHY , WHY ARE WE STRESSED?
The answer is complex- we all have a different starting point of genetic physical born tendencies. Some people threshold’s bandwidth of coping with stress is larger the others'. Some people have a “short fuse”.
The physio-psycho interpretation of stress is perceived as threat to our survival, and activates FFF (fight, flight, freeze) . Some people fight back, get angry and are violent. Other, just run away and escape from direct confrontation. And yet others, act as if they are transparent, detached or indifferent to a stressful situation even though it negatively impact their BodyMind.
Look at yourself in the mirror. Identify what is your way of copying with stress? The first step is awareness. The second, is exploring how to reduce stress, the easiest, and most effective way ,daily.
One of the reasons we are stressed from the first moments we wake up, is the challange to do multiple things at the same time. The name of the game is order and prioritizing what's most important.
If you are a working parent having children in school, you know that if you don’t plan in advance; “who is doing what” in dealing with basic things such as: preparing sandwiches , ironing a shirt, taking a shower ,making sure you have the right documents in your bag, and, keeping things in order to find what you need in no time, chaos will manifest and activate stress.
WHY POINTS THAT SEEM LIKE BASIC COMMON SENSE SUCH AS ORDER, PLANNING AND PRIORITIZING WHAT’S MORE IMPORTANT TO DO FIRST, ARE NOT SO EASY TO DO?
The reason is that we are driven by different factors that sometimes act as independent systems within us and lead us to contradictory actions: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual motivation and incentive compensating energies lead us to different directions at the same time. Very often, their source is hidden from our consciousness.
If you asking yourself – how to reduce stress, you first need to become your own self explorer. Be an observer with no judgment. Write a journal of what activates stress in you. Are the reasons external?, are they real threat? what new habits and approach to life will change your reaction, behavior and as result, eliminate or reduce stress?

We live in a dynamic multimedia world in which lots of triggers from within and /or phone, computer, people at work , and family home grab our attention and demand our actions. By the end of the day we may find ourselves emotional, physical and mental stressed. WE need to reduce it daily, otherwise it drains our energies and become chronic.

There are several good ways such as yoga, meditation, acupuncture, exercises and very popular lately – medical marihuana or CBD. There are of course OTC medication and prescribed chemical pills.
You find yourself trying this or that, however, because you are so stressed, you are not fully attentive and not consistent to implement them daily. This is the catch – when we are too overwhelmed, we don’t have enough energies to adopt a new positive habit because they demand some type of efforts (energies)which we don’t really have.
